Good Roads’ Career Catalyst Fund
Take your career to the next level with Good Roads’ Career Catalyst Fund! This winter, Good Roads will be offering free access to select in-person and online courses to upskill your employees in critical technical and management skills.
The seats in these courses are subsidized by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development to reduce training barriers and skills gaps faced by Ontario municipal employees.
The funding covers the registration fees of the courses listed below only. Seats will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
Ontario municipal members (employees) and First Nations may apply.

Regulations
- Only the cost of the course registration is covered. Any additional costs (mileage, meals, hotel rooms, incidentals, etc.) must be covered by the municipality/First Nation/participant.
- Ontario municipal members (employees) and First Nations may apply.
- All successfully approved participants will be required to provide demographic information such as name, age, gender, email, and employer.
