David Gagné is the National Transportation Structures Inspection Manager with Morrison Hershfield now Stantec with 33 years of experience. He has been involved in MBADES inspections and OSIM bridge and culvert inspections and has supervised over 500 detailed deck condition surveys.

David has been involved in over 15,000 OSIM Biennial inspections of bridges, culverts, and overhead sign support structures for various MTO regions, municipal clients and on Highway 407 ETR. David has published a paper on the Logistics of Inspection the Prince Edward Viaduct – Don River Section.
