Tony Angelo – Experienced bridge inspection professional with extensive field expertise. Director, Bridges, 407ETR Concession Company Ltd. Tony is the Director of Bridges at 407ETR Concession Company Ltd. He has over 29 years of experience. He focuses on the functional planning and structural design, inspection and rehabilitation of a variety of transportation structures, including highway structures, vehicular and railway grade separations, multi-span bridges over navigable waterways and lesser scale conventional water crossings. At 407ETR Concession Company Ltd. Tony is directly responsible for inspection and maintenance.
David Gagné, C. Tech – Senior Associate, Bridge Inspections Leader, Ontario and Atlantic Canada, Stantec – David Gagné is a Senior Associate, Bridge Inspections Leader – Ontario and Atlantic Canada and has 34 years of experience specializing in bridge and culvert inspection, including detailed condition assessment inspection of more than 15,000 bridge and culvert structures. His bridge inspections have ranged in complexity from detailed timber investigations, visual inspections to condition surveys on all bridge components and underwater inspections. David has been a director and instructor for the Good Roads OSIM bridge inspection course for many years and is one of the pre-eminent experts in bridge inspection in Ontario. David is registered in RAQS for Bridge Engineering: biennial inspections, and wood bridge inspection and is qualified to carry out OSIM inspections by the MTO. In addition, David has attended the MTO OSIM Bridge Inspection Workshop in 2024. David was the recipient of the Good Roads Elaine Robinson Volunteer of the year award in 2023. David graduated from the Leadership in Professional Service Firms , Harvard Business School, Boston Ma, USA, 2016. David was a MOL Working at Heights Instructor from 2011 – 2023. Senior Manager, Bridges GHD Limited – Dennis is a professional engineer with over 33 years of experience specializing in transportation structure design, bridge rehabilitation and inspection, asset management, structural planning and construction services. He has managed a wide variety of bridge design and rehabilitation assignments, including design of bridge structures over railways, navigable and non-navigable waterways, roadways and pedestrian thoroughfares, detailed structural inspections, detailed condition surveys, structural steel fatigue inspections, underwater inspections, timber inspection, load assessments, and emergency services.
