Course Description

This instructor-led online course is designed for individuals preparing to transition into leadership roles within the municipal sector. Over four weeks, participants will engage in virtual lessons, curated content, and self-reflection activities that build foundational leadership skills. 

From emotional intelligence and communication to team management and coaching, the course offers practical tools and insights to help emerging leaders thrive. Participants will also develop a personalized Leadership Development Plan to guide their growth beyond the course.
