Road Safety School
Ontario's Premier Road Safety Training Program

October 6 – 9, 2026 | Holiday Inn, Oakville

The Training That’s Changing How Ontario Builds Roads

Road safety isn’t just a design consideration. It’s a commitment. Road Safety School brings together municipal engineers, planners, and transportation professionals for four intensive days of specialized training built around one unifying goal: fewer fatalities and serious injuries on Ontario roads.

Guided by international Safe System expert Kenn Beer, this is the only event in Ontario where you’ll move from foundational principles to hands-on, discipline-specific expertise, all in one week.

Member rate: $2,100.

How Road Safety School Works

Road Safety School is structured a little differently. Here’s what to expect:

Day 1: Safe System Principles Workshop (All Attendees)

Your Road Safety School experience begins together. On Tuesday, October 6, every participant joins a full-day workshop led by Kenn Beer on the Safe System Approach, the internationally recognized framework that underpins modern road safety practice. This is your foundation for everything that follows.

Days 2 to 4: Your Chosen Course (Select One)

Starting Wednesday, October 7, attendees split into specialized streams. Each course runs for three full days and goes deep into its subject area. You select one course when you register, as they run concurrently and cannot be combined.
