Discounted Fairmont Royal York room bookings will open on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 10 AM EST. 

All online reservations will REQUIRE PAYMENT IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Carefully review the information outlined below.

A limited block of rooms has been reserved at our official conference hotel, the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto.

Good Roads has negotiated preferred room rates that are only available by booking directly with the Fairmont Royal York. All reservations must be made online—see below.

Reserve your accommodation early.  Please note that these rates apply to a limited number of rooms and are only available on a first-come, first-served basis until March 02, 2026.  Reservations received after March 02, 2026, will be accepted, subject to room availability, at the hotel’s published rate.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy

• Up to and including March 2, 2026: A cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay plus applicable taxes will be charged for each room or suite canceled after the initial booking. Changes and substitutions are permitted.
• Starting March 3, 2026: All reservations will be non-refundable and fully paid. Any cancellation or reduction in nights will forfeit the entire amount. Substitutions remain permitted.

IMPORTANT: Please review and make any changes before March 2, 2026. Substitutions are allowed at any time.

Deposits

A credit card is required to book a room or suite. Deposit cheques are not accepted.

Third Person Charges

Hotels charge a third-person fee—each third person sharing a room will be charged an extra fee per night. There will be no charge for children up to and including age 18 who share with their parents. Please inquire at the time of booking.

Taxes and Other Charges

All rates are subject to 13% HST and the City of Toronto Municipality Tax (MAT) of 8.5% + HST. All rates, including third-person charges, are subject to taxes.

Changes and Cancellations

To make changes or cancel rooms/suites, contact Fairmont Royal York directly by email (RYH.GroupReservations@Fairmont.com). Review and make any changes to your reservation before March 02, 2026, to avoid the full amount of charges.

• Changes or cancellations can not be made before January 30, 2026
• Reservations must be changed or canceled online.
• Suite reservations can only be changed or cancelled by email.

General Information

• The Fairmont Royal Hotel is a smoke-free facility. Guests who do not adhere to the non-smoking policy will be subject to a $ 1,000 fine.
• Unregistered guests of the hotel will not be able to access the guestroom floors.
