A limited block of rooms have been reserved at our official conference hotel, the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto.

Good Roads has negotiated preferred room rates that are only available by booking directly with the Fairmont Royal York. All reservations are to be booked online – see below. Reserve your accommodation early.  Please note that these rates apply to a limited number of rooms and are only available on a first-come, first-served basis until March 03, 2025.  Reservations received after March 03, 2025, will be accepted, subject to – room availability, at the hotel’s published rate.

InterContinental

Bookings are almost at capacity at the Fairmont Royal York. Good Roads has secured special pricing in a block at the InterContinental Hotel in downtown Toronto.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to and including March 03, 2025 – cancellation fee (equal to one night’s accommodation plus applicable taxes) will be non-refundable on each room or suite cancelled after the initial booking. Changes and substitutions are permitted.
• Starting March 04, 2025– All reservations are non-refundable. Rooms/suites will be considered fully paid. Any reduction in the number of nights or cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the whole amount.  Substitutions are permitted.
• IMPORTANT – review and make any changes to your reservation BEFORE March 03, 2025, to avoid full charges and non-refundable.

Deposits

A credit card is required to book a room or suite. Deposit cheques are not accepted.

Third Person Charges

Hotels have a third-person fee – each third person sharing a room will be charged an additional fee per night.  There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents.  Please inquire at your time of booking.

Taxes and Other Charges

All rates are subject to 13% HST and the City of Toronto Municipality Tax (MAT) of 6% + HST. All rates, including third-person charges, are subject to taxes.

Changes and Cancellations

Contact Fairmont Royal York directly by email (RYH.GroupReservations@Fairmont.com) to make changes or cancel rooms/suites.   Review and make any changes to your reservation before March 03, 2025, to avoid the full amount of charges.

• Changes/cancellations can not be made before January 28, 2025
• Online reservations must be changed or cancelled online.
• Suite reservations can be changed or cancelled only by email.

General Information

• The Fairmont Royal Hotel is a smoke-free facility. Guests who do not adhere to the non-smoking policy will be subject to a $ 1,000 fine.
• Unregistered guests of the hotel will not be able to access the guestroom floors.
