Fairmont Royal York is our official hotel for conference.

The room block at the Fairmont Royal York is now SOLD OUT.

We have secured an overflow hotel across the street from Fairmont Royal York.

Book your room with the InterContinental on or before March 14th, 2023 to enjoy discounted rates. There are a limited number of rooms.

A limited block of rooms has been reserved at our official conference hotel, the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto.

Good Roads has negotiated preferred room rates that are only available by booking directly with the Fairmont Royal York. All reservations are to be booked online – see below. Reserve your accommodation early.  Please note that these rates apply to a limited number of rooms and are only available on a first-come, first-served basis until March 14, 2023.  Reservations received after March 14, 2023, will be accepted on a space-available basis at the hotel’s published rate.

Cancellation Policy

  • Up to and including March 14, 2023 – cancellation fee (equal to one night’s accommodation plus applicable taxes) will be charged on each room or suite cancelled after the initial booking. Changes and substitutions are permitted.
  • March 15, 2023– all reservations will be automatically charged for the full amount of the stay. Rooms/suites will be considered fully pre-paid and non-refundable.  Any reduction in the number of nights or cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the whole amount.  Substitutions are permitted.
  • IMPORTANT – review and make any changes to your reservation BEFORE March 14, 2023, to avoid additional charges.

Deposits

A credit card is required to book a room or suite.  Deposit cheques are not accepted.

Third Person Charges

Hotels have a third-person fee – each third person sharing a room will be charged an additional fee per night.  There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents.  Please inquire at your time of booking.

Taxes and Other Charges

The City of Toronto Municipal Accommodation Tax (4% + HST) has replaced the Destination Marketing Fee (2.66% + HST). All rates, including third-person charges, are subject to 13% HST and 4%+HST MAT.

Changes and Cancellations

Contact Fairmont hotel directly to make changes or cancel rooms/suites. Review and make any changes to your reservation before March 14, 2023, to avoid additional charges

  • Changes/cancellations cannot be made before November 17, 2022
  • Online reservations must be changed or cancelled online
  • Suite reservations can be changed or cancelled by email only

General Information

  • The Fairmont Royal Hotel is a smoke-free facility. Guests who do not adhere to the non-smoking policy will be subject to a $1000 fine.
  • Unregistered guests of the hotel will not be able to access the guestroom floors

  • The travel period begins Sunday, April 09, 2023 and ends Wednesday, April 26, 2023.
  • Travel is valid Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
  • For North America 5% applies on standard fares, 10% on flex fares & higher. For International Travel 10% on standard fares & higher.
  • However, all bookings made using the promotion code will count toward the minimum 10 passenger requirement for Meetings and Conventions events.
