Exhibitor Information

• Must be a Good Roads Corporate Member in good standing to exhibit. Visit our Member Benefits page to access the membership form.
• Previous year’s exhibitors receive first right of refusal to rebook their booths. Any remaining spots are filled from a waiting list.
• Booth pricing is available in two tiers: premium and standard.

Our Premium (corner) booths are $4200 +HST and our Regular booths are $3800+HST. 

Included with your booth purchase:

• Booths are typically 8×10 or 8×8 (due to spacing/pillars).  Please review your booth space carefully.

Tradeshow Times
Sunday: Set-up 10am – 2pm | Show opens: 3:00 pm – 7:00pm
Monday:Show open: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Tuesday: Show opens: 8:30 am – 12:00pm | Teardown 12:00 – 1:00pm
