Take control of your municipality’s pavement assets with this comprehensive 3-day course that connects condition evaluation directly to rehabilitation decision-making. Participants develop practical skills in pavement condition assessment through a combination of in-class instruction and hands-on field training, learning to identify surface distresses by type, severity, and extent.
Building on this foundation, the course advances into rehabilitation planning—focusing on why pavements deteriorate, when to intervene, and how to select treatments that deliver the best long-term value. Through real-world case studies of successful projects and lessons learned, participants gain the confidence to make data-driven decisions, optimize maintenance budgets, and support infrastructure investment discussions.
This course is intended for practitioners with foundational knowledge of pavement materials and performance.
