Bruce Hilborn is the Manager of Operations and Fleet at the County of Dufferin, where he oversees Public Works operations, including winter maintenance, road safety, and fleet services. A Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) and Certified Road Supervisor (CRS), Bruce brings over a decade of municipal and transportation experience gained through roles with the County of Dufferin, Region of Waterloo, and Ontario Ministry of Transportation.
