Don has over 30 years of municipal engineering experience in the areas of design and construction, development engineering, infrastructure planning and asset management. He is actively engaged in the municipal engineering community as President Elect of the Ontario Public Works Association and Chair of the Ontario Provincial Standards Specifications Environmental Committee, along with being a Good Roads Course Director. He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and a bass guitar player.
