Michael is an expert in the field of public works and has spent the last 15 years in the municipal field in Eastern Ontario. With a degree in Civil Engineering from Queen’s University and a Masters of Public Administration from Western University, Michael brings a unique perspective that is a balanced between the technical and administrative lens. He’s been volunteering with OGRA’s TJ Mahoney Road School for close to a decade.
