Paul has over 37 years of experience working for the County of Wellington. He is a past President of Good Roads for 2010. He’s also one of the founders of Good Roads Snow School program and a retired member of the American Public Works Winter Maintenance committee. Paul is also a founding member of Environment Canada Multi Stakeholders Working Group on Salt Management and was brought out of retirement for the County of Wellington as a Coordinator for the Vaccination Effort.
