Sandra was the Town Engineer for the Town of Ingersoll from 2013 until her retirement in May 2019. She has over 37 years’ experience in Civil Engineering and has experience in municipal and provincial government, with a contractor and a consulting firm. She has been involved with the Ontario Provincial Standards for Roads and Public Works for over 20 years and she is a graduate of Applied Science, Civil Engineering from Queen’s University.
